CHRISTMAS CLOSING HOURS

Our office will be closed for the Christmas New Year period from 12 noon on Friday 23^rd December, 2011 and will re-open at 7:30am on Wednesday 4^th January, 2012.

HIRE OPERATIONS

Off-hire requests must be received by 5pm Friday 16 December, 2011. Off-Hire requests received after this date will not be collected until after 4^th January 2012.

Hire charging does not stop for holidays, public holidays or non-use of the equipment. Customers with deliveries pre-booked for events or functions are not affected by any of these arrangements.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

Emergency assistance during these times can be handled by contacting our 24 hour customer support service on 1300 556 241.
